Women's Council of Realtors Greater Boston Launching DIGITAL ZONE online Have/Want, Like/Dis. WCR Boston -- June 8, 009 -- The Women's Council of Realtors Greater Boston is launching a new "digital zone!" Back from WCR & National Association of Realtors meetings in DC in May, WCR is expanding the digital zone from a table at our monthly programs to an online website and blog using Web-Design-by- Robin.com and dmcommunications.com - digital me. Started as a place where Council Realtors could compare notes on various programs that worked and did not work, the WCR digital zone quickly gathered momentum as top digital media gurus joined. Michael Cutlip - of the MAR hotline and Matt Ferrara Inc. and Bill Mullen, esq of GBREB have all become part of the digital zone and will contribute to the WCR digital zone blog. In DC, many luminaries in real estate and policy as well as a number of fabulous vendors of real estate programs have joined. "We will have an interactive online focus group of Realtors discussing what works and what doesn't and are getting great interactive advice from vendors and affilliates," reports Christy May, VP Membership and developer of the concept. "We have verbal committments from 7 vendors from the NAR trade show floor to sponsor the site." Sponsorship consists of a two-way agreement to pay for a click to their website and a committment to participate in the blog. Sponsors will have the ability to post information and beta-site testing discounts to Realtors on their programs and receive feedback on these utilities. Click dmcommunications.com/contact-digital-me.html to sign up for the WCR digital zone. WCR Boston will wage a campaign to grow from the current contact database of 1,500 in the Fall when our current digital zone members will have a chance to participate in the direction and development of the site. |
